Key Kraus-Manning personnel have over 100 years of combined experience in real estate, consulting, construction and engineering.  They have successfully built projects in a variety of market segments including hospitality, retail, industrial, office, transportation, infrastructure, parking and residential development.  The principles that will be brought to the table to lead your project are tried-and-true industry standards as set forth by national organizations such as CMAA (Construction Management Association of America).  Teamwork and commonality of goals are emphasized.  Kraus-Manning is committed to making your project a success from concept to completion.

Kraus-Manning, Inc. is registered with the State of Florida Board of Professional Engineers and is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida (CGC025969) and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  Kraus-Manning team members hold professional licenses in engineering, construction and real estate appraising.

In addition to its domestic base, KMI has had a significant ongoing presence in the Caribbean where it successfully completed the Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas multiple-project program, Fairfield Resorts' Bluebeard's Castle, Bluebeard's Beach Club and Elysian Resort, and the Falcon's Nest Villa at Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands.  Currently, KMI is providing its services to Marriott Vacation Club International's Frenchman's Cove and Timbers Group's The Preserve at Botany Bay, both in St. Thomas, the Bitter End Yacht Club in Virgin Gorda, BVI, and the KOR Group's Viceroy Anguilla resort in the British West Indies.
