KMI can provide a single source of management responsibility for your project by acting as your “Development Manager,” providing turnkey services from concept to completion, including “General Contractor” on the construction phase. Or, if more appropriate for an Owner, KMI will serve as a development and construction consultant with the Owner’s Project Team during the design and construction phase.

Additionally, KMI is registered as both a Professional Engineer and a General Contractor in the United States Virgin Islands.
