Our firm’s focus is to provide our Clients or Partners with professional services that guide a project in a way that achieves the program or project goals in a professional, ethical, creative and cost efficient manner. KMI provides complete real estate development and construction services ranging from the earliest planning stages right through final project closeout. We recognize that each Client or Partner and each project may require different services, which may require KMI to assume a variety of roles. KMI can provide a single source of management responsibility for your project by acting as your “Development Manager,” providing turnkey services from concept to completion, including “General Contractor” on the construction phase. Or, if more appropriate for an Owner, KMI will serve as a development and construction consultant with the Owner’s Project Team during the design and construction phase. Our philosophy of service is straight-forward on a project from conception to completion. We put our Client’s or Partner's interests first and foremost to complete a project on time, within budget and with the highest quality based upon the development program. Based in Orlando, Florida, KMI is comprised of knowledgeable design and construction registered professionals with over 100 years of experience in the industry. Kraus-Manning, Inc. is a State of Florida registered Professional Engineering firm (#00008627) and a licensed General Contractor (CGC025969 and #QB23142). Additionally, KMI is registered as both a Professional Engineer and a General Contractor in the United States Virgin Islands. The Principals of Kraus-Manning, Inc. hold professional licenses in engineering, construction, and real estate appraising in Florida, New York,
Maryland and the United
States Virgin Islands. As a full-service construction management firm, KMI can provide a complete range of
services - from the earliest planning stages through final project
