Kraus-Manning is a full-service construction management firm providing a complete range of services from the earliest planning stages through final project closeout.  We understand that each client and each project may require different services, which may require KMI to assume a variety of roles.  Based upon the needs of the project KMI’s role can include the following services:

Program Management -  Total services providing a comprehensive program for planning, design, procurement, construction and implementation on multi-project facilities with a single source of management.  Services are typically provided on a fee basis.

Project Management - Total services providing leadership for the planning, design, procurement, construction and implementation on a single project.  Services are typically provided on a fee basis.

Construction Management - Design phase and construction phase services.  KMI provides these services either on a fee basis or a guaranteed maximum price basis.

Design-Build - The same phases as Construction Management, but KMI assumes an enhanced management role during the design phase.  KMI provides these services either on a fee basis or a guaranteed maximum price basis.

General Contracting - Construction phase services on a lump sum basis.

Construction and Real Estate Consulting - Individual services on a fee basis as a team member on a total project team.
