KMI provided Owner’s Representative services for the $3.2M, 36,000 square-foot, 2-story office structure.  This world-class professional development, communications and operations center is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and is the new Global Headquarters for the Institute of Internal Auditors.  KMI’s services assisted the Owner in the negotiation, award and management of a sole source Design-Build Contractor.  The facility opened in the Summer of 2002.
