The Preserve at Botany Bay

Kraus-Manning, Inc. provided Project and Construction Manager for the development, including design and construction, of Phase 1 of The Preserve at Botany Bay, a protected 367-acre gated enclave at the secluded western end of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. 

Start-up of the project, valued at approximately $12M, began in late 2005 with construction of the complete infrastructure, including approximately three miles of concrete roadway (including excavation), storm drainage, power and communication systems, and utilities. 

Recently completed and opened was a 1.2 million dollar Grand Entrance to the property that includes a $400,000 Gate House and a $300,000 Sales Office.
