Westin Resort                       Hilton Head, South Carolina

Kraus-Manning provided construction management services for a two-phase, 17,000 sq. ft. renovation and modernization of the Westin Resort in Hilton Head, South Carolina.  The work consisted of 8,000 sq. ft. of new administrative and accounting offices as well as construction of a 9,000 sq. ft. "Heavenly Spa," the first built at a Westin Resort in the continental United States.  The property is owned and operated by the Starwood Capitol Group.  

Construction included replacement of the guestroom balcony handrail and reconstruction of the kitchen floor, new construction of the administration, accounting and engineering offices, renovation of guestroom corridors and the building exterior, and demolition of the existing office space in order to construct the new day spa.
