Peter Island Resort's Falcon's Nest

Kraus-Manning recently completed construction management of the Falcon's Nest Villa Estate at the Peter Island Resort in the British Virgin Islands.  This estate villa consists of three separate residences designed in the Barcelona style and incorporating indigenous stone, massive wooden beams, and hand-troweled stucco walls.  The main villa contains a large entry hall, a spacious living room two kitchens and two suites, including a lavish 2,250 sq. ft. master suite equipped with its own foyer, office and bathroom with indoor/outdoor bathing facilities.  Connected by winding stone paths, the other villas hold two suites, each with central living areas, and both boasting extraordinary facilities and incredible views.
