Kraus-Manning is providing extension of staff services for the Kor Hotel Group’s Viceroy Anguilla Resort and Residences, a premier residential resort property on the island of Anguilla in the British West Indies.  The exclusive Caribbean resort property will be a collection of luxury accommodations offered for sale and as vacation rentals.

The resort will feature 31 freestanding 4,300 to 6,000 square-foot villas of three- to five-bedrooms, each with its own private infinity pool, and approximately 100 resort residences, each with its own heated plunge pool. Residences will be offered as studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 500 to 2,500 square feet each. In addition, a limited number of flexible floor plans will be offered for buyers who desire penthouses of up to 4,500 square feet.
